Dan has spent over 20 years helping businesses grow — combining sharp commercial strategy with a pragmatic, data-driven approach.
Before founding Growth Hub, he built and scaled a BPO business from $2m to $20m ARR in just four years.
Along the way, he saw the same issue again and again: businesses struggling to scale because their data — the stuff driving their decisions — just wasn’t good enough.
Today, Dan leads Growth Hub with a focus on trust, reliability, and measurable impact — helping clients get their data working harder, cleaner, and faster.

Katherine is a Chartered Accountant with a background in law, finance, corporate finance, deep tech and fintech.
Over the last 20 years, she’s worked with a wide range of businesses — from early-stage startups to global Fortune 100 companies — building her expertise in operational strategy and execution.
At Growth Hub, she keeps everything running smoothly — leading our global teams, managing client delivery, and making sure every project runs like clockwork.
